Pool and Spa
The South-West aspect of the extra large pool deck ensures that sun is present from early morning until the sun goes down romantically in the West.
The pool and spa are heated throughout the year by solar panels and can be boosted by electric heat pump at additional costs (if required). The pool deck has been extended to enable all residents to soak up the rays with the screened area. There is a large covered lanai with fan and shade to you can enjoy al-fresco eating in the open air and just relax.
There is plenty of good quality pool and patio furniture for outside entertaining.
